GRCC IT has been working with Blackboard Support this week to identify and resolve the Blackboard issue that we have experienced the past two Sunday evenings. Blackboard believes they have identified the issue and has provided us with a solution, which we have implemented. In the event the solution provided doesn't resolve the issue and we experience a Blackboard outage this Sunday evening, we will be responding immediately to rectify it. We completely understand the impact these outages have caused and are doing everything within our power to prevent it from occurring again. If you do experience an issue with Blackboard, please report it using the IT Support Portal or send an email to IT Customer Support at email@example.com. IT Customer Support will be closely monitoring any reported issues and will communicate any outages to faculty and students as soon as possible.
